Adaptation Disorder / Crises

Depressive or anxiety symptoms that are related to a life event, with negative mental conditions. These life events are events that have the potential to create stress. For example, retirement, divorce, bankruptcy, dismissal, cheating. After this event, people have problems adapting to normal life and re-establishing their order. Depressive symptoms such as reluctance, apathy, neglect, pessimism, and / or anxiety symptoms such as anxiety, tension, easy response, intolerance, and sleep disturbance occur.

Both medications and psychotherapy will help the patient to recover from this negative mood. This psychotherapy helps patients to see more of their positive sides.It helps patients to recieve support. Moreover it makes it clear why specific events cause mental reaction.
