Who is Adrian Wells?
One of the founders of Metacognitive Therapy, whose effectiveness has been proven by scientific research, is Ph.D., C.Psychol Adrian Wells. (Other: Dr. Hans Nordahl) He is a Clinical and Experimental Psychopathology Professor at the University of Manchester, UK, and a clinical psychology professor at the University of Science and Technology in Norway.

He is honorary consultant clinical psychologisy in the NHS. He is the originator of Metacognitive Therapy and a leading contributor to cognitive therapy theory and practise. His treatments are cited in NHS NICE guidelines. He has published over 200 scientific papers, books and chapters advancing theory, evidence, and the treatment of psychological disorders.
