How Effective Are Motivational Words?

What are Motivational Words?

Motivational words serve as a trigger for those who need psychological support and want to start an internal formation. Even a small part of the psychotherapy practices prepared worldwide are provided with motivational studies under the title of meditation.

Motivational words are effective in removing consciousness that actually exists in people. For example, for someone who knows that they will come somewhere by working, motivational explanations prepared for work will help turn the inner workforce into action. A person who looks at the world from a pessimistic perspective is actually waiting for a small glimmer of hope inside. Words with motivational content will have a significant impact on opening up this world of hope.

Does It Provide Continuity?

Motivational words will be insufficient to provide continuity if they are read and passed. But motivation can be continuous if the word is felt by the reader and addressed to the world of thought.

For example, when I’m desperate and wondering if there is anyone to help me, the following motivational phrase always comes to mind:

“If one day you will be helpless, do not expect a savior. Be the savior yourself.” -Mustafa Kemal ATATÜRK

This promise, which always raises my motivation, continues to provide continuity. It has actually become a philosophy of life for me. But ” it’s not hard to get up early for those who have dreams.”I couldn’t internalize this motivational word because I had problems applying it. That’s why it doesn’t have continuity.

Would It Be Effective If Applied Regularly?

Being constantly reading motivational words and applying them to life can be difficult at times. Because every person thinks differently and lives differently. So it is not easy to apply all motivational words regularly. But adopting the main idea contained in motivational words and applying it regularly allows a person to think logically and be easily motivated.

For example, “Add your heart, mind and soul to even the smallest action you make. That’s the secret to success.” -Swami Sivananda. This motivational word is a word that always stays in my mind and I pay attention to. Most of the time, I try to act on the main idea here. Thanks to this promise, when I started studying or wanted to teach my students, I was always practical and successful because I started this job by giving myself. And when I’m not practicing, I’ve done studies that haven’t been very successful.

Things To Be Considered

• When reading words with motivational content, a person should not immerse himself in the world of magical words in an instant and install special meanings in these words in his own life. For example, even if it constantly fails, you can read hundreds of words that it will start again. But if you don’t like the work you started and you always start again, this promise will not have an effect on you.

• Motivational qualified words are not the sentences that people need in all aspects of their lives, and according to some, they may be in words that do not fit the lifestyle. For this reason, you should try to get help from words specific to the area you need from a psychological point of view. You should also not focus too much on motivational words that you see that do not fit into your life or are not accepted.
