It doesn’t sound like he suffers from any complexes, and he does seem to be quite self-centered to the point of seeing no one else’s point of view or put into consideration at all his treatment of others. That said, it’s not fair to speculate about what kind of psychological problems Lil’ Wayne might have without getting a proper diagnosis.
