For example, the concepts of psychologist or psychiatrist are often used in the same sense. With this usage, the two groups which are actually very different in terms of the education they receive are mixed together.

The planning of the treatment to be administered to the patient and the evaluation of the treatment are entirely under the responsibility of the psychiatrist. No other professional group has the authority to carry out these practices independently.
